Everest Design Group, LLC (EDG) is an engineering firm based in Friendswood, TX.
EDG was founded in 2005 by Selwyn P. Thint, P.E. In 2021, Mr. Thint expanded services under an entity, Crystal Creek Builders, to perform construction work consisting of site infrastructure facilities, commercial and residential projects.

Since inception, EDG has performed a range of projects, devoted to:
1. Civil and Infrastructure Engineering
2. Real Estate Development Services
3. Construction Administration
As one point of accountability, EDG ensures quality control, cost efficiency, safety, and project timeliness.
Crystal Creek Builders (CCB) was founded in 2021, after 16 years as a partner in Crystal Creek Developers (CCD) - a development and construction firm. Hence, projects shown herein include both CCB & CCD projects, as identified.
CCB was founded to provide integrated design and construction services under EDG & CCB umbrella to meets clients need for design-build project development.​​
