EDG was the first step in designing concepts and infrastructure for Friendship Plaza. CCB then provided Site and Building Work for a 16,000 SF Friendswood Retail Center and was the General Contractor for this project. Our services included Design, Demolition of Original Properties on Site, Constructing Site and Infrastructure work including construction of Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer Lines, Storm Sewer Lines, and Paving Systems, building out the main plaza, and building 107 parking lot spaces and sidewalks.
Today, the finished plaza stands proudly on the main street of Friendswood, TX.
