Set to open in 2026, Adventure Pointe Theme Park will be the first of its kind: a Texas-themed theme park in the heart of Texas City, Texas. EDG crafted a Master Site Plan and all Civil Infrastructure designs & engineering as well as applying & processing Permit Approvals with local agencies. CCB then performed Site work and Interior and Exterior Buildouts of key structures:
1. the Train Yard Building
2. Kitchen/Commissary (1,770 SF)
3. the Roundhouse Bar (500 SF with additional 2,125 SF of covered seating areas)
4. Public Bathrooms (1,550 SF)
5. and made finishing exterior touches on extension buildings.
