Next to I-45, Grand Oak Village is a business center with eateries, office spaces, and retail on a 1.69 acre plot. EDG & CCD design-built this plaza with a keen eye to artistry, walkability, landscaping, and patron experience.
EDG designed & engineered infrastructure and civil set for this project.
CCD constructed the property from site infrastructure to proposed buildings to driveways and parking.
