Yes, we built our own 2-story, 8,800 SF business location housing multiple businesses. EDG & CCD design-built this plaza. EDG Designed & Engineered infrastructure, including Water Line, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage System, 6" Concrete Paving, a 76-parking lot space, Sidewalk, 8' Wood Fence, and Landscaping. EDG also applied for & processed permitting with local agencies. CCD constructed all Infrastructure Sitework, Final Build-Out, landscaping, and paving.
