In an 84-lot subdivision, EDG & CCB design-built the 220' concrete box culverts crossing across Chigger Creek. CCB value-engineered plans to ensure cost efficiency and helped owners make a cost-saving decision: building our own concrete mold. Throughout the project, we performed constant progress checks with owners and site inspectors to ensure timeliness.
