On this 23.5136 Acre Plat for Heritage South, EDG designed the concept of a subdivision including townhomes, apartments, parks and recreational space, office space, and retail center. EDG proposed infrastructure plans for the site including Water, Wastewater, and Storm Drainage in Phase 1.
